1. Eligibility: This contest is open to legal residents of Canada/or the U.S. who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of AFTER9 Inc. are not eligible to participate.

2. Sponsor: The contest is organized and sponsored by AFTER9 Inc., located at 43 Glen Park Ave., Toronto, Ontario M6B 2C1.

3. Agreement to Rules: By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of AFTER9 Inc., which are final and binding.

4. How to Enter: Participants must sign up for the AFTER9 email newsletter through the designated form. Only one entry per person is allowed. .

5. Contest Period: The contest begins on January, 28, 2025 and ends on June 28, 2025. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

6. Prize: The winner will receive a $500 gift certificate to the AFTER9 online store, www.wearAFTER9.com. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

7. Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be randomly selected within 5 days of the contest’s end. The winner will be notified via email and must respond within 5 days to claim the prize. If no response is received, another winner will be selected.

8. Publicity: By entering, participants agree that AFTER9 Inc. may use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Privacy: Emails collected through this contest will be used for marketing purposes by AFTER9 Inc. Participants can unsubscribe at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability: AFTER9 Inc. is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical issues that may affect participation.
